October 6, 2011 at 9:00-10:00 (eCenter, FDC) Converting Documents to Adobe PDF Files, by Zelma Leflore This course introduces participants to the process of converting documents to Adobe PDF files using Adobe Acrobat 8.0 or 9.0. October 6, 2011 at 2:00-3:00 (eCenter, FDC) Creating Forms From Documents in Adobe Acrobat, by Zelma Leflore Participants in this session will be introduced to the forms feature in Adobe Acrobat 9.0. In the hands on session, participants will create a fillable form from an existing document. Steps will include identifying an existing electronic document (Word, Excel, or PDF document), converting the document to a PDF form, and adding interactive form fields.

Participants will receive an overview of the interface and learn the various methods for entering and editing data. Additionally, participants will learn the various ways to write simple formulas.
