MISSION
STATEMENT:
Contractual Services’
mission statement is to provide innovative
quality services and goods that best
serve our students, faculty, staff
and extended community while achieving
the highest level of customer satisfaction.
OBJECTIVES:
Through the management of over 170
major contracts to serve and maximize
the full benefit of each, Contractual
Services makes every reasonable effort
to provide a comprehensive system
of services, programs, and activities
designed to satisfy customer expectations.
Contractual Services’ objectives are:
- Provide
students, faculty and staff with
the convenience of desired goods
and services;
- Identify
vendors to enhance the JSU Supercard
and Licensing programs;
- Provide
and encourage the best customer
satisfaction and sophisticated shopping
experience through contracted venues;
- Provide
a variety of unique vending options
on-campus;
- Negotiate
and maximize the full benefit of
all contracted services;
- Increase
awareness and maximize revenues
through contracted services; and
- Review,
manage and ensure compliance of
contracted venues.
