Bidder's List
The bidder's list provides Jackson State with the names of businesses that may be interested in competing for various types of projects and contracts. A potential bidder can be added to this list by either submitting a written or electronic e-mail request to be added to the list.
Bid Process
The bids are sealed quotes for services to be provided to Jackson State University over the amount of $25,000. The bids are advertised for atleast 2 weeks in the Clarion Ledger Newspaper and are also submitted to the Mississippi Contract Procurement Center . Bid openings normally occur at 2:00pm on Tuesday, but may vary due to holidays and special circumstances.
