Faculty members place their class/conference hours form on their office door. Students should plan to meet with faculty for advice and other assistance during these times. However, because faculty members are involved in a number of scholarly activities which take them away from the office, your availability may not match that of the faculty. In those instances, students should complete the appropriate form(s) below and return them to the departmental office.
