  JSU Homeland Security Center of Excellence:    
  Central focus and interface for all opportunities with the Department of Homeland Security. Receives input from the Research and Education Council, responds to inquiries from the Research and Education Council, explores and communicates opportunities, events and related information to the Research and Education Council for dissemination to the related centers and clusters.    
       
  JSU Homeland Security Research and Education Council:    
  Comprised of: JSU Homeland Security Center of Excellence Director (Chairman); CSET Associate Dean for Research and Corporate Relations (Vice Chairman); Center Directors (Members); Cluster Faculty (Advisory Panel); JSU Office of Research Representative (Advisor). Interfaces with the JSU Homeland Security Center of Excellence to determine research and education needs and opportunities related to the Department of Homeland Security. Coordinates the research and education activities of centers and clusters involved in DHS projects and programs. Serves as internal review board and clearing house for all CSET proposals through to DHS. Other functions as recommended...
