Eligibility: Awards are available for students who are first-time freshmen or first-year graduate students. Applicants should be enrolled in the College of Science, Engineering, and Technology at Jackson State University. Awards are open to U.S. Citizens.

Application Process: Applications for awards are reviewed by the RISE Internal Advisory Committee. The deadline for applications is July 31, 2004 with notification of award by August 11, 2004. Below are the applications, one for RISE Scholars (undergraduate students) and one for RISe Fellows (graduate students).
