Student Orientation
After enrolling in a distance learning course, you will need to register for Blackboard Orientation. All first time distance learning students enrolled in distance learning courses must take the Blackboard Online Student Orientation. To register go to http://www2.jsums.edu/studenttraining/schedule.cfm. Shortly afterward, you will receive an email with information on how to log‐in to the orientation and will receive assignments to complete. Participation in orientation is critical to your online success; professors will receive an assessment of your orientation performance and may include that assessment in your final course grade.
