Assessment Help Sessions

The Office of Institutional Research, Planning and Assessment offers Assessment Training for Academic and Non Academic Units at Jackson State University. Workshops are conducted throughout the year for group and one-on-one training. These workshops are designed to assist faculty, program coordinators, staff, administrators, department heads and directors to better understand the institutional assessment process and completion of their annual Assessment Reports. The training also provides tips on development of Goals, Expected/Student learning outcomes, Means of measurements, Criteria for Success, Results (collection of data), and Use of Results to improve services, Major difficulties, and Operational Goals and Objectives for the next upcoming year
