APPLICATION CHECKLIST

Your application for teacher or administrative certification should include:

 

►        The application with all sections completed including your signature;

 

►        An official transcript of course work for all colleges and universities you have attended;

 

►        Your original Praxis I and Praxis II, CMEE, NTE Or SLLA test scores; and

 

►        A copy of your current certification of endorsement (in-state and/or out-of-state), if applicable.

A background check may be required by school districts for all employees.

Programs in Child Care and Family Education, Education Technology, Ethnic Studies, Therapeutic Recreation and Recreation Administration are non-teacher certification programs.
