Introduction to iService Desk
The Department of Facilities & Construction Management would like to welcome you as a user of its new Service Request System. This system was designed by TMA Systems to provide you with a user-friendly mechanism to submit service requests.
There are several benefits to using this request system:
You will be able to log requests for service in real-time from any location that has access to the Internet. You must have a username and password to access the system.
You will receive notification by e-mail that your request has been received along with your request number.
You will be able to query your requests, query your open and closed work orders for your building. This will enable you to track the status of your service request at all times.
