The Division of Facilities & Construction Management would like to welcome you as an iService Desk user. This system was designed by TMA Systems to provide you with a user-friendly mechanism to submit service requests.
What can you do within iService Desk?
Open a service request from any location where you have Internet access.
Automatic notifications will be sent out when the request is converted to a work order, work order status change, or upon completion of a work order.
- You will be able to query your requests, query your open and closed work orders for your building. This will enable you to track the status of your service request at all times. For instructions on using this system click here:iService Desk Manual
