Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather (torando, hurrican) students, faculty, and staff are to immediately get to a designated area of refuge. These areas are if possible the basements of a building however, if a basement is not available, the first floor hallway(s) of a building are considered an Area of Refuge and individuals are to get there as soon as possible.

The Following are areas of refuge:
*Alexander Hall  First Floor hallway(s) (inner areas, not near lobby) 
*John Dixon Hall First Floor hallway(s) (inner areas, not near lobby)
*Stewart Hall  First Floor hallway(s) 
*McAllister/Whiteside  First Floor hallway(s) (inner areas, not near lobby)
*Transitional Hall First Floor(s) (inner areas)
*Campbell College  First Floor(s) (inner areas)
*Sampson Library   Basement
*Just Science  First Floor hallway(s) (inner areas, not near lobby)
*B.F. Roberts  Bottom Floor (inner areas)
*C.F. Moore    First Floor(s) (not near windows)
*Jones/Sampson  First Floor hallways (not near the lobbies)
*John A. Peoples First/Bottom Floor (inner area, not by the doors)
*F.D. Music Hall  First Floot Hallway(s) (inner areas, not near lobby)
*Liberal Arts First Floot Hallway(s) (inner areas, not near lobby or foyer)
*College of Business First Floot Hallway(s) (inner areas, not near lobby)
