The
Maintenance Division maintains the campus buildings, mechanical, and
electrical systems. The Maintenance Division is composed of seven
multi-disciplined units: Building Services, Preventive Maintenance,
HVAC, Plumbing, Site Care, Electrical and Residential Halls Maintenance.
There are 21 craftmen, five foremen, one residential halls supervisor,
and a manager.
