The Department of Facilities & Construction Management (FCM) is
under the auspices of the Senior Vice President for Finance & Operations.
The Department is responsible for maintaining, planning and designing
the University’s buildings, grounds/properties, transportation/vehicular
maintenance, and utilities. Jackson State University is a 245 acre
campus including exterior properties with 51 buildings comprising
over 2.2 million square feet.
