Ms. Garrett has been with The Hamer Institute since January 2008. She assists in the coordination of educational programs and provides administrative support for selected grant projects. Ms. Garrett is also the Cheif Editor of the Hamer Institute’s Newsletter and
the Hamer Institute’s Website.

Mr. McMillian began working with The Hamer Institute in 2008. He received his M.A. in Political Science from Jackson State University. Keith Lamont McMillian is the project coordinator for the institute where he assists with program facilitation, event planning, and marketing strategies.
