“The Life and Times of Rosie the Riveter” – March 26th

Phi Alpha Theta and the Department of History and Philosophy is proud to announce the viewing of  “The Life and Times of Rosie the Riveter” on Tuesday, March 26 at 10 a.m. in room 166/266 of the Dollye M.E Robinson Building. In celebration of National Women’s History Month’s 2013 theme, “Women Inspiring Innovation Through Imagination:Celebrating Women in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics,” the film explores how American women did so-called “men jobs.” These women worked hard and helped manufacture ammunition, planes, ships and tanks. Please urge your students to attend.
