About the Center
Welcome to the Staff Development Center at Jackson State University. The center provides opportunity to engage in stimulating professional development and organizes activities to staff employees that provides quality leadership and training workshops, seminars and conferences.
The Staff Development Center (SDC) provides quality training and development for staff to enhance professional effectiveness as part of the overall Jackson State University Mission. The Center accomplishes its mission by offering workshops, providing department consultations, customized training, and financial assistance to unit for staff to attend conference and workshop, and assisting with University change initiatives.
Location
The Staff Development Center is located in the Z.T. Hubert Building on the north side of the campus in the Office of Human Resources. Our business hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm- Monday- Friday. Please browse this website to obtain information for your Human Resources needs.
