Dr. Feng Wang
Dr. Feng Wang, Ph.D., P.E., has been studying and working in the transportation engineering area for more than 15 years. His previous and current research include airline flight scheduling, public transit route planning, pavement management systems, and emergency evacuation study. He also has practical experience of traffic management, and implementation of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) in an urbanized environment through his work experience with the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). His active research projects are funded by IMTrans and the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT). He has publications in multiple areas in transportation and regularly serves as a referee for journals and conferences in transportation.E-mail: feng.wang@jsums.edu

Laurette Thuisseu
Laurette is one of the student employees that work for the institute. She is a familiar face around IMTrans as she has been the office assistant for the past years. Laurette is currently enrolled at Jackson State University pursuing her master’s in Environmental Science.
