PATRICIA STANLEY’s professional experience includes serving as an English instructor for Jackson State University and Alcorn State University . She currently serves as an Associate Writer of Curriculum for the Church of God In Christ . Other collegiate assignments include the Freshman Composition Committee and the English Forum.

Selected course training includes Theory and Practice of Composition, Problems in English, Group Teaching Procedures, and Supervision of Instruction. Stanley has published an article, “Due Season” (1997). Works in progress include a children’s book and a book of poetry.
