Throughout the West Jackson commercial district there are many vacant and available buildings. The purpose of this webpage is to create an inventory of the vacant properties that are in need of renovation in order to attract potential investors to purchase the property for community use. (e.g. new business startups)  These buildings can be found within a one mile radius of Jackson State University’s  main campus located on Ellis Avenue, Highway 80, J.R. Lynch Street and University Boulevard.

This inventory will list some detailed data about the properties such as the owner’s name, address, building square footage, square footage for land, zoning, a visual of the renovated property, community amenities and more.
