Animal Protocol Submission

All research and teaching activities involving animals use must be reviewed and approved by the JSU IACUC (Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee) before any investigator obtains animals or initiates research involving animals.  The IACUC may approve, require modification of, or withhold approval from a project.  Animal use in the absence of IACUC approval is a serious violation of University policy and a violation of federal law.
