Females on Free Weights

Females on Free Weights is a comprehensive weight lifting program in which we will teach women proper techniques involved in lifting free weights. The ladies will also learn proper nomenclature of all movements, exercises, and equipment.
- 2- 3 days per week for 5 weeks
- Orientation Date: Sunday, January 19, 2014 Time: 2:00p.m. – 4:00 p.m.
