Core Conditioning [30 minutes]
Core strength is the foundation to a strong body. Strengthen and sculpt your abs, obliques, lower back, and glutes in this 30 minute core class.
Cycle [45 minutes]
In this traditional stationary cycling class, you will experience a variety of cycling situations including hill climbs, fast flats and exhilarating finishes while focusing on speed, power, intensity
Cycle & Abs [55 minutes]
This class begins with a 45 minute traditional cycle class. You will ride through hills and various intervals to get your heart rate up and cardio on. Finish of your ride by strengthening your core. This class ends off the bike, toning your mid section.
Cycle & Sculpt [60 minutes]
This non-stop biking class incorporates intervals of upper body sculpting moves using light resistance as you peddle. Try this phenomenal class for a total body workout that will give you a cardio challenge combined with reshaping results.
Half-Time Step [45 minutes]
This is what Jackson State University is ALL about! This class will let you experience what it is like to be a Drum Major! The class is cardio driven, utilizing your core and lower body strength the push through the choreography. Have fun exercising while learning dynamic moves of J5 Jackson State University Drum Majors.
Insanity [45 minutes]
Certified instructors will lead you through the Insanity program created by the one and only Shaun T. High intensity intervals are the focus of this class to burn calories and fat while having an amazing time!
Pilates [45 minutes]
Get a total body workout at any fitness level! Mat exercises will range from fundamentals to advanced, with modifications provided. This is an excellent class for developing muscle strength, tone, and flexibility.
Triple Threat [45 minutes]
This class has it all! It is designed to fit the needs of every participant, offering various levels of progression for all exercises. Whether you are new to fitness or a fitness veteran, this class is perfect for you! It is one third strength, one third cardio, and one third core. Come and get it all done in one class!
Step [45 minutes]
This class combines athletic and/or dance based aerobic moves using an adjustable platform for diverse levels of intensity.
Zumba [45 minutes]
Zumba is a dance-fitness class that incorporates Latin rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. The class format combines fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. All dance levels are welcome.
