Hyung Park's Curriculum Vitae
Ph.D. Political Science, Purude University (Indiana), 2007.Hyung Park’s research focuses on American politics. Specifically, he is interested in voting behavior, public opinion, the mass media, and the politics of race, class, and gender.  He is also interested in e-politics (internet effects on political participation, election campaign and mobilization).  He teaches American Government, Public Opinion, Voting Behavior and Research Methodology.  He is currently involved in research on the African American’s voting choice.  His long-term research goal is writing a book about Minority’s and political power associated with political participation. 

Recent Academic Activities

"Between-Racial Attitude on Political Information: Credibility of the Source and Respond to it by Race" will be presented at the Annual Meeting of the Midwest Political Science Association, Chicago, IL, April 22-25, 2009.

"Trustful Candidate, Issue Preference and Voting Choice" is submitted to American Politics Research.
