In our effort to expand staff employees access to existing instructor-led and online eTraining applications, the Professional Development Center (PDC) has formalized a partnership with the Department of Academic Information Technology (AIT) and the JSU Online Center for Innovation. The purpose of this partnership initiative is to ensure that all JSU employees are aware of and have access to the entire spectrum of institutional training and development resources. From the 24/7 online self-paced training platform to instructor-led training and workshops, the addition of these shared resources to the PDC services are sure to engage employees and broaden development opportunities. The PDC continues its mission to assist in the development of a more informed, effective workforce with increasing operational efficiencies, refined technical expertise, and improved job-related knowledge.
