Smart Center

The SMART Center, Science and Mathematics Advanced Resources for Teaching, is located in Room 123 of Just Hall and contains about 200 hands-on science models to help mathematics and science faculty, school teachers and students understand a wide range of scientific and mathematical principles including measurement, ratio, proportion, energy, magnetism, optics, motion, sound, electricity and forces. Science and Mathematics Advanced Resources for Teaching, located on the 1st floor of Just Hall of Science in room 123, contains approximately 200 hands-on science models to help students understand a wide range of scientific and mathematical principles including measurement, ratio, proportion, energy, magnetism, optics, motion, sound, electricity, forces, etc. The Center may be used by all the science and mathematics faculty at JSU and teachers can participate in workshops held there.
