The installation of American Society for Public Administration (ASPA), Mississippi Chapter was established at the Capitol Club, downtown Jackson, MS, on Dec. 3, 2018.  Professor Ester Stokes will serve as the Chapter Secretary, and Professor Jae-Young Ko as a Councilman, up to July 2020. With other members of the executive committee of the MS chapter, the professors will contribute their services for the successful operation of the Mississippi Chapter. For example,  there will be an annual conference for the researchers, students, and practitioners, around February 2019.  The JSU PPAD program is one of only two NASPAA accredited programs in Mississippi.
