within the limits of available spaces. The University Department
of Public Safety is responsible for the implementation and enforcement
of these regulations.

the traffic and parking regulations.

vehicle that is parked in such a way as to cause hazard to predestrains
or vehicular traffic or equipment.
Owners of such vehicles will be required to pay all costs involved
in removing, impounding, and storing such vehicles.
