Office of Title III Programs

Jackson State University’s Institutional Aid Programs or Title III Programs include the Strengthening Historically Black Colleges and Universities Program and the Strengthening Historically Black Graduate Institutions Program. They are administered through the Division of Business and Finance.

The Director is Dr. Mary B. Myles, who has served in this capacity for seven years. Her background includes more than twenty years of experience in grant development and administration, academic program and service management, and ten years of instruction in higher education.

Mrs. Rosetta G. Walker serves as Assistant Director. She has been promoted through the ranks of the Title III Program to this position over an eight-year period. Her background includes more than twenty years of experience in insurance, business education and services, and sales.

Mrs. Libby Lewis-Anderson serves as Administrative/Technical Assistant. She joined the Institutional Aid-Title III Program in July 2005. Her background includes more than sixteen years of experience in hotel accounting and office management.
