Deborah Barnes Discusses the Business of Spectacle Lynching on Feb. 27

Deborah Barnes, associate dean of the College of Liberal Arts and associate professor of English, will present her talk, ""Carnivals of Blood: The Business of Spectacle Lynching," on Thursday, February 27, 2014, at 11:00 a.m. in the Holden Reading Room on the fourth floor of the H.T. Sampson Library.  The Center for University Scholars hosts this brown bag research talk and provides light refreshments, typically sandwiches, cookies and beverages.  Feel free to bring your lunch and bring a friend!
