Brown Bag Research Talk: Akombo on Nov. 4

Dr. David Akombo, assistant professor of music, presents "The Academic and Psychological Effects of Engaging Learners in Live Jazz Music Improvisation: The Case of Middle School Students," which was co-authored by Prof. Lewis and Dr. Bell. The talk will occur on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in the Holden Reading Room on the fourth floor of the H.T. Sampson Library. The JSU Center for University Scholars hosts this brown bag research talk and provides light refreshments (typically sandwiches and beverages). Feel free to bring your lunch and bring a friend!
