Dr. Brian Phillips, assistant professor in the Department of English and Modern Foreign Languages, will present his research talk, "17th Century Spain and the Body Politic: A Comparative Look at Incarcerated Women in Orange is the New Black and Los Desenganos amorosos of Maria de Zayas y Sotomayo."  The JSU Center for University Scholars hosts this brown bag research talk and provides beverages, sandwiches and pastries.  Feel free to bring your lunch and join us!
