Social Media Request Form

This form is for requesting social media promotions and coverage for campaigns and events.  Submissions are not guaranteed approval. Please make your request 14 business days before your event. After review, a social media specialist will contact you via phone or e-mail within 48 hours. Additional resources that help to promote your event, such as funds, electronic flyers and giveaways, will not be provided by the Social Media team.

Socal Media coverage decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis depending on the audience-base, availability and other promotional tools utilized. Once approved, please allow ample time for your request to be processed.
