The School of Social Work held two forums on Working with the LGBTQ Population  on September 21, 2016 for undergraduate students and on September 26, 2016 for graduate students. Mr. Todd Allen, Equality Advocacy Coordinator, American Civil Liberties Union – Mississippi shared information on recognizing personal biases with regard to sexual orientation and provided tips for serving individuals who identify as lesbians, gay, bi-sexual, or transgender.
