2.11.12 Procedure for Requesting Use of University Facilities

The requesting person or organization should complete an application, completing each question as accurately and clearly as possible.  Once the application has been received, the requestor may be required to meet with the Special Events Team prior to the event.  Events must be initiated thirty days (30) prior to the requested date of set-up, unless an exception is provided from the President.  Upon approval for the use of campus facilities, a permit will be emailed to the address listed in the application.  All payments must be received prior to the event in full and verified by the Office of the President or designee.
