The American Express Corporate Card is issued as a courtesy and convenience for travel during University business only. Use of University cards for a personal, non-university-related purpose is strictly prohibited. Persons employed with the University whose positions entitle them to travel on University business are encouraged to apply for the card with the Department Head’s approval. Jackson State University reserves the right to collect outstanding balances by payroll deduction to the fullest extent permitted by law. Furthermore, any employee who utilizes a corporate card must agree in writing to authorize payroll deductions for any outstanding balance.
