This interdisciplinary program is designed to give incoming JSU freshmen a transitional experience from high school to college. Students have the opportunity to stay on campus and experience college life before the fall semester begins. This program is very important in easing the transition to college life. Our mission is to strengthen and prepare a select population of first-time C-SET freshmen who have made a commitment to attend JSU. The 10-week program provides academic course work in college algebra, biology, trigonometry, and chemistry.
