If you forgot your password, you can reset it via JSU P.A.W.S.

Visit https://www.jsums.edu.

Click “Thee Portal”.

Enter your NET ID (one\J********) and NET ID Password (For support accessing P.A.W.S., please email BannerPaws@jsums.edu).

Click Reset Your Email Password, (read the instructions carefully).

Click Reset Button

Click EXIT.

Go back to e-mail, (use JSU or Gmail).

Sign in with your Username (Jnum@jsums.edu or Jnum@students.jsums.edu) and Password(date of birth, mmddyyyy).

Note: The minimum password length is 8 characters

Login to your account (use JSU or Gmail).

Click jnum@domain or S-number@domain (upper, right corner).

Click Account.

Click Security.

Click Change password.
