The College of Science, Engineering & Technology of Jackson State University is establishing The Dr. Abdul K. Mohamed Endowment Fund as part of the campaign for Jackson State University to seek donations for Faculty and Staff development, and Student financial assistance. The goal is to establish Two Endowed Chairs (at $1 million per Chair) and Six Endowed Scholarships (at $20,000 per Scholarship). The Endowed Chairs will continue the excellence in teaching and research established by Dr. Mohamed by attracting and retaining outstanding faculty. The Endowed Scholarships will assist in attracting the most competitive students in the nation to the College of Science, Engineering & Technology academic programs.
