(1) Identify the machine and the location *Please note the asset number located on the vending \/ beverage machine<\/span>*<\/p>\n

(2) Report your financial loss to the ID Center at 601-979-2407<\/strong><\/p>\n

(3) Complete a Pepsi Loss\/Refund Form in Room 321 of J. L. Reddix Hall<\/p>\n
