Span of responsibility: Oversee 58 HUD multifamily properties in the City of St. Louis and St. Louis County. Independently makes determinations, recommendations, and investigations that involve the program areas of servicing of FHA multifamily mortgage insurance programs, Section 202 & 811 Capital Advance programs. Resolves technical work problems, develops solutions that are precedent setting and interfaces with sponsor/customers, Federal, state and local government agencies, congressional interests other external organizations, and higher authorities, for projects assigned. Responsible for management reviews on HUD administered contracts, monitor Use Agreements, and process foreclosure packages. Oversee procurement funding and initiate requests for contract services.

How has the degree helped you in your career? This degree has allowed me to stand out amongst my peers in my career. As a result of earning this degree, I was able to reposition from the Mississippi HUD office to the St. Louis, MO HUD office. This degree is enabling me to channel my quantitative and conceptual skills in analyzing government issues more effectively and efficiently.
