How has the degree helped you in your career? This degree has provided me with numerous opportunities to implement programs and services to aid in the holistic development of students. Over the past few months, I’ve been blessed with opportunities to share my research with colleagues and students nationwide that has led to conversations on how to improve policy, practice, and implementation of Upward Bound Programs. The courses within the program has afforded me the knowledge and understanding of higher education as well as made me a better student affairs practitioner.
