How has the degree helped you in your career? My degree from the university, the professors (including directors and advisors), the classes, training, and seminars that I attended in the program have helped my career in many ways. First off,

I have learned so much from the faculty about being an important voice in the world and overall just being a catalyst for change. My degree came with an initial promotion to Assistant Professor. After a careful look at my transcript, it was decided that I would be perfect for the Quality Enhancement Plan. This resulted in my being offered the position of Assistant Director.
