    \n\t\t\tParticipate as staff liaison to the State of Mississippi Bureau of Buildings, Grounds, & Real Properties Management, Institutions of Higher Learning (IHL), and Professionals (Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and other Consultants);<\/span>\n\t\t<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    \n\t\t\t\tEnsure communication with the maintenance area for the Department of Facilities & Construction Management regarding facilities;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\t\tDefine detailed user needs in program format;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\t\tProvide general project budget estimates;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\t\tObtain architect\/engineer and consulting services;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\t\tEnsure compliance with programs, budgets, schedules, and codes;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

    \n\t\t\t\tProvide regular reports and information in other formats to keep the Associate Vice President of Facilities & Construction Management informed on the status of current and upcoming projects.<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

      \n\t\t\t\tPerform work on projects typically costing less than $100,000;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

      \n\t\t\t\tDefine detailed user needs, prepare budget estimates and schedules;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n

      \n\t\t\t\tManage or produce designs and specifications in compliance with all codes;<\/span>\n\t\t\t<\/p>\n
