\n\tImportant Notice<\/u><\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n \n\tAs defined in the Jackson State University Staff Handbook, Section 4.13.9; Eligible Drivers: Drivers must be employees (full-time or part-time) of the University with a valid driver’s license. Departments must use discretion in assigning drivers. All drivers will be required to complete the JSU Personal Vehicle Use Agreement (University Vehicle Driving Forms). Department heads will be responsible for notifying the Department of Facilities & Construction Management of new drivers.<\/span><\/span><\/span>\n<\/p>\n \n\t\n<\/p>\n \n\tIn addition, all eligible drivers that utilize a University vehicle must complete the JSU Defensive Driving Training Course; at least once. This is an IHL requirement. Each Defensive Driving Course will only hold 20 participants.
