Please volunteer your services to the Mississippi Region II Science and Engineering Fair!!!
Many judges will be needed for the Region II Science Fairs each year. Judges will be required to attend and volunteer their time at the fair between 9am and 12pm to judge the projects assigned to them. Please review the qualification to become a Judge and complete the form below, if interested in joining us.
Lower Fair (1st – 6th Grade) Judge Qualifications: must be a College Junior, College Senior, Graduate Student, or anyone that holds a degree.
Upper Fair (7th – 12th Grade) Judge Qualifications: For 7th and 8th grade projects a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree is needed. For 9th – 12th grade, a Master’s Degree, Ph.D., M.D. or equivalent degree with related professional experience is required.
State Science and Engineering Fair (7th-12th Grade) Judge Qualifications: Must have a Bachelor’s or equivalent degree to judge 7th-8th grade. Must have Master’s, Ph.D., M.D., or equivalent degree with related professional experience to judge 9th-12th grade.
