( See individual programs for additional GPA information).<\/li>\n<li>Departmental requirements vary by program. Specific requirements\u00a0are listed in the <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jsums.edu\/graduateschool\/graduate-catalog\/\">Graduate Catalog<\/a><\/span> or you may <span style=\"color: #0000ff;\"><a style=\"color: #0000ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jsums.edu\/graduateschool\/contact-information-for-graduate-programs\/\">contact\u00a0the program<\/a><\/span> directly.<\/li>\n<li><b>All applicants must submit a $25.00 application fee. Applications will not be processed without payment of the application fee. Payment is made by\u00a0 using a credit\/debit card at the time of application.\u00a0 Application payments are processed as part of the application.<\/b><\/li>\n<li>International applicants must submit satisfactory TOEFL or IELTS scores to the Division of Graduate Studies. Students must earn regular status in the first semester of full-time enrollment (i.e. a minimum of 9 credit hours during the semester of enrollment), or in the first 12 credit\u00a0hours of part-time enrollment by acquiring a GPA of 3.00 in the first 12 hours of graduate work (i.e. 3.00 semester GPA for both the first and next semester). During the period of &#8220;conditional status&#8221;, students may not earn a letter grade of &#8220;C&#8221; or lower.<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"font-size: 24px;\"><span style=\"font-family: lucida sans unicode,lucida grande,sans-serif;\">STEP TWO\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/h4>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><span style=\"font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: 18px;\">Immunization Requirement<\/span><\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 1em;\">All applicants must submit immunization records showing proof of immunization compliance for measles and rubella, unless born prior to 1957,\u00a0to: \u00a0JSU, Health Services, P.O.
