Faculty using Blackboard Learn have automatic access to Blackboard Collaborate through their online courses. Blackboard Collaborate is available in each course as a course tool. To use Blackboard Collaborate outside of Blackboard Learn, contact the Blackboard Helpdesk for a consultation about creating a web conference session.
First time users will be prompted to download the Blackboard Collaborate Launcher. It is a utility for Windows and Mac that provides a convenient and reliable way for users to launch Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing sessions and recordings.
