Please view the below registration dates and registration processes to ensure accuracy and completion of your Fall 2020 Registration requirements.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New Students can register for <strong>Fall 2020<\/strong> classes by submitting a request for schedule completion by clicking the following link: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/enjbXqCMVbYywAB78\">New Student Fall 2020 Registration Request Form<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Readmits and Returning Students can register for <strong>Fall 2020<\/strong> classes by submitting a request for schedule completion by clicking the following link: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/1vhLM7VATJoTxjQS8\">Returning Student Fall 2020 Registration Request Form<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Graduate students must contact their major department advisor for registration of classes for <strong>Fall 2020<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>JSU Online Degree Students can register for <strong>Fall 2020<\/strong> by completing the online request form below: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.jsums.edu\/jsuonline\/\"><strong>https:\/\/www.jsums.edu\/jsuonline\/<\/strong><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>Students who have not submitted an immunization record please forward a copy to the JSU Health Center. Immunization records must document the MMR (measles, mumps, and rubella) vaccines.\u00a0Documented records can be submitted by fax to 601-979-9228, emailed to <a href=\"mailto:healthservices@jsums.edu\">healthservices@jsums.edu<\/a>, or by the U.S. Postal Service to\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0P.O. Box 17097, Jackson, MS 39217.<\/li>\n<li>The university prohibits residential students who fail to complete registration from moving into the residence halls.
