    1. Unemployed, and\/or underemployed <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    2. <\/span><\/span>Residents of Hinds, Madison, and Rankin counties<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    3. <\/span>16 – 24 years of age and has stopped attending high<\/span><\/span>
      school<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. <\/span>Significantly behind in basic skill development and<\/span><\/span>
      obtaining a high school equivalency (HSE)<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
