Please see further immunization information at the link provided.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\">Please provide the Graduate Division with copies of all updated official letters and the link to the updated information on your webpage so that these items can be uploaded in Google Drive for review by Academic Affairs, as well. Please provide this information on or before\u00a0<u>December 4, 2020<\/u>, for review.
